The Congress FOOD 2030: Towards sustainable agri-food systems was organized by various institutions at the University of Hohenheim: the Research Center for Global Food Security and Ecosystems (GFE), the Research Center for Health Sciences (FZG), the Food Security Center (FSC), the Hans-Ruthenberg-Institute for Agricultural Sciences in the Tropics and the Coordination Office Bioeconomy Research Program Baden-Württemberg. Aim of the two days event was to make the EU research policy Food 2030 known to a broader academic and non-academic public and discuss research priorities as well as relevant research questions in this area.
