Stuttgart Institute for Management and Technology (SIMT), Filderhauptstr. 142, 70599 Stuttgart
The Research Centers of the University of Hohenheim in cooperation with the National Contact Point (Nationale Kontaktstelle - NKS) kindly invite you to this information day.
Horizon 2020 is the biggest EU Research and Innovation program ever with nearly €80 billion of funding available over 7 years (2014 to 2020). The NKS is the main structure to provide guidance, practical information and assistance on all aspects of participation in Horizon 2020.
Societal Challenge 1: “Health, Demographic Change and Wellbeing” and Societal challenge 2 “Food Security, Sustainable Agriculture and Forestry, Marine, Maritime and Inland Water Research and the Bioeconomy“ of the Horizon 2020 Work Program 2016 – 2017 will be the focus of this information day.
In July 2016 the European Commission has updated this work program. At the event the updated program will be presented and relevant information on how to apply and where to get support will be provided. In the afternoon there will be time to discuss more in detail existing ideas or ongoing proposal preparations of the participants with the representatives of the Hohenheim Research Centers, the Hohenheim Department of Research Promotion and the NKS.
The presentations will be held in German.
