The Future of Food Journal, a collaborative journal between the department of Organic Food Quality and Food Culture at the University of Kassel, Germany, and the Federation of German Scientists (VDW), invites you to submit your research papers, reports or book reviews on this theme for publication in our Volume 6, Number 1 (April 2018).
